Our Lake Eyre Tours Flights 2016 sees new formats for our popular 3 and 4 day tours to maximise Lake & bird viewing where the water is this season to include a 2hour Lake Eyre flight. Tour details are at links below and may change as season progresses and birds move about.

Our 4 day tour allows for time at ABC Bay and Halligan Bay on west side of lake, but this access route is not open by SA parks till March 15. For a 4 day tour earlier than March 15 we have other exciting options as this current flood flows, and visiting active lake areas and waterholes. The 4 day tour is always good value as we have more time to explore the latest waterholes and bird hangouts. The 3 day tour gets you up to the floodwaters and on the lake shore with bird spotting on the flooded areas of the Oodnadatta Track.

Tours are in February through till April / May – maybe longer depending on water flows.

We currently have the following dates available for 3 day tour – February 12-14, Feb 19-21, March 12-14 – other dates are available – generally departing Fridays for 3 day tours & Mondays for 4 day tours
