For extended or multi day tours, a Deposit of $300 – $500 (depending on tour) is required to secure a booking, with full payment due 30 – 120 days prior departure (depending on tour).

Cancellations made within 14 days of booking departure date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
