Stressed and Overworked Executives Make Marginal Decisions Under Pressure

Stressed and Overworked Executives Make Marginal Decisions Under Pressure

stressed and overworked executives make marginal decisionsWe all know that  stressed and overworked executives make marginal decisions under pressure.

It is one thing to “know it” and yet another to build a solution. So as two long time friends discussed the challenges of stress, depression and other pressures facing business leaders they decided to create a venture that would use the skills of both their businesses to create an opportunity for clarity amongst business executives.

Richard O’Neill runs a highly successful Outback Tour organisation and is CEO of Spirit Safaris, and has led over 200 tours throughout the Australian Outback. While Stuart Mackay is the CEO and author of Clarity Now, an internationally renowned leader of Life and Leadership Engagement Systems.

Together, these highly successful men will lead a focussed leadership journey that will include walking, 4WD and plenary sessions in the heart of Australia. It is a 6 day itinerary billed as The Journey to Clarity. You can leave your stress far outback.

Getting back to our roots, sleeping under the stars, along with some well earned luxury is a part of this self development opportunity. You will visit some of Central Australia’s breathtaking sites, but places are limited to 6 places per tour, though team programmes are also available.

If you want to finish 2016 with clarity and wisdom and are keen to start 2017 with a total new vigour this is the journey for you.

Book Now for November 20 – 25, 2016 or see details here https://www.spiritsafaris.com/journey-to-clarity

or Call Stuart Mackay on 0422 943 737

or Richard O’Neill on 0417244 600.

Executive Stress Solution Boosts Business Performance Naturally

Executive Stress Solution Boosts Business Performance Naturally

Executive Stress Solution Creates Leadership Clarity with Travel“New effective ways to help busy executives and corporate clients reduce stress levels, and to be more focused and productive has always been my aim” says Clarity Now CEO Stuart Mackay. This executive stress solution boosts business performance naturally with  clear and calm outdoor training that works and lasts.

Stuart Mackay, is the Australian born founder and Author of Clarity Now (formerley Peace at Work), an internationally recognised Life and Leadership engagement system.

“A recent ‘aha’ moment was to put together a guided training tour for a transformative walking and 4WD adventure in Central Australia including Alice Springs, Kings Canyon, Kata Tjuta, the Western Deserts, and the world famous Uluru.

Stuarts special idea was to package in a full training module of Clarity Now, as part of a Journey to Clarity Tour, which will take you deep into the NT outback, the soul of the oldest part of our planet.

So now frazzled executives can recharge their energy, both by learning and experiencing the Clarity Now stress-release technique in easy modules; touring the Great Australian outback by day, sleeping under the stars, and enjoying some well earned luxury accommodation along the way.

I must confess my inspiration came from long time friend Richard O’Neill (BE FAIM), CEO of Spirit Safaris, who has led over 200 journeys throughout the Australian outback says Stuart. Feedback from some of these journeys has included  “Inspirational …. I re-wrote my business plan the next day” from a Company Director and from a senior manager “I saw the importance of my role in my company and how I can add so much more value”.

Richard will lead the tour. And it was his intimate knowledge of the many sacred sites, intriguing stories of the Aboriginal dreamtime, the spectacular gorges and pristine locations that are the heart and soul of the mysterious landscapes of the Australian outback, that assured the tour came to fruition.

Here are just a few tempting highlights of this unique, guided walking and 4WD tour which starts at Alice Springs, taking in the Larapinta Trail, Simpsons Gap, the MacDonnell Ranges, ancient Palm Valley, Tyler’s Pass and the comet crater Gosse Bluff, Kings Canyon, ‘Garden of Eden’, Curtin Springs, Yulara resort and Uluru sunset viewing, all included in your 6-day itinerary.

As well as shaking-off your built-up stress and anxiety, the training component means you may be able to claim your investment as a tax deduction.

If recharging your energy with a Journey to Clarity sounds like a life enhancing experience to you, next tour dates are: November 20 – 25, 2016, There are only 6 places per tour. (Team programs also available).

A 4 hour Business Vitality Booster Training introduction to our work is also available and typically runs in Sydney 12 pm to 4 pm and includes lunch and snacks, materials and transport. Part and full day or tailored programs from other locations also available. Details here – https://www.spiritsafaris.com/business-vitality-booster-training

More details are here https://www.spiritsafaris.com/journey-to-clarity or please contact Stuart Mackay on 0422 943 737 or Richard O’Neill on 0417244 600.
