Cooper Creek has closed the Birdsville Track, and more recent rains have closed access to Innamincka from the south, via the Stzelecki Track. Halligan Bay and Madigan Gulf are over 2m deep.

Enjoy views over the Cooper Creek and Birdsville track crossing and Lake Hope before landing at Innamincka. A short walk (approx 500m unless a pick up is available) to the Innamincka Hotel for a morning tea and some free time.
Return to the skies for Birdsville flying overhead Coongie Lakes, the top of Goyder Lagoon and Diamantina. Enjoy a pub lunch at the Birdsville Hotel before boarding for the return flight to William Creek. The return flight includes Big Red, Eyre Creek, Goyder Lagoon, Cliffton Hills, Simpson Desert, Kallakoopah Creek, Warburton inlet and groove and Dalhunty Island.
