Uluru Ayers Rock Tours 3 days via Kata Tjuta (Olgas), Uluru (Ayers Rock), Aboriginal rock art, visit Aboriginal Cultural and Art Centres.
Day 1 – An early start for sunrise at Uluru then breakfast near the rock. Opportunity for morning walk and quiet time at sacred waterholes and gorges. Experience a “welcome to country” and an introduction to the area at the local Aboriginal Anangu Cultural Centre. Here there are arty and craft shops, and extensive cultural and environmental information. Join the ranger guided 2 hour walk learning cultural and botanical significance in the landscape. After lunch and a relax, enjoy an afternoon Uluru base walk or optional bicycle ride around the base of Uluru – approx 9km, 3 hours. Sunset viewing option – Overnight Uluru BLD
Day 2 – Today we head for Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) and view these many domes from a lookout position over the landscape. Two walk options are available from 40 mins in Walpa Gorge to 3-4 hours in the Valley of the Winds. After your choice of walk option we have a nearby picnic lunch in view of the Gorges. In the afternoon, return to Uluru for more time by the rock or return to the resort to check out the many options available here including cultural experiences, art galleries, museum, coffee shops and restaurants. Optional 2nd sunset viewing or alternatives include Aboriginal Cultural art classes and experiences the Sounds of Silence dinner under the stars, helicopter flights, or Field of Lights Spectacular to name a few.
Day 3 – Your choice – relax at the resort, or revisit sunrise, sunset or different walks or experiences Our vehicle and guides are available for you to explore more of this fascinating area.
