Journey to Clarity Facilitator

Richard’s journey has encompassed engineering, export marketing, business consulting and holistic healing trainings with international travel over 30+ years. This has enabled engaging with many cultures, and individuals, including indigenous shamans, religious leaders, business leaders, healers and visionary global leaders.
My journey has taken me to all continents of the world, and enabled me to witness the flow of creative energy in everything – When this life force creativity is blocked, as it so often is through win/lose power games, we all lose out – and when it is freed, extra- ordinary and unexpected creativity, innovation and value is released.
This Journey to Clarity can help you more fully recognise, access and engage these energy flows, and help create expanded freedom of expression, and extra-ordinary value creation.
Richard is the author of several books including “Creation Journeys – A Travellers Guide” and facilitates the journey with local knowledge and tools to brilliantly connect ancient wisdom (including Aboriginal) with modern science, for left and right brain integration, presence and awareness.

Clarity Leadership Sessions — Structure, Skills & Outcomes
Session Design Philosophy
The two Clarity Leadership Sessions are the intellectual and transformational engine of the Journey to Clarity Executive Leadership Immersive. They are not conventional workshops dropped into a wilderness experience. They are specifically designed to harness the neurological, emotional and perceptual state change induced by immersion in ancient landscapes, and channel that state into structured, lasting professional development outcomes.
Research in neuroleadership, embodied cognition and experiential learning consistently shows that insights formed in high-sensory, emotionally resonant environments are retained more deeply and acted upon more consistently than those formed in classroom or conference settings. Richard O’Neill’s Purpose & Profit Alignment System — shaped over 24 years guiding more than 200 outback journeys, and informed by his background in engineering, export marketing and business consulting — provides the structured approach that converts these raw insights into actionable leadership commitments, aligning each leader’s personal purpose with measurable commercial outcomes.
