 In the middle of the Oodnadatta Track in the thriving metropolis of William Creek . The smallest town (pop 16) in South Australia  First settled in 1887, William Creek was originally a support station and operated as store and sly grog shop for camel drivers working on the Overland Telegraph Line.  

Quandong Café at Copley A haven in the desert – enjoy a quandong pie and some amazing local stories in Copley.   Sacred Canyon   Sacred Canyon , a small chasm where ancient Aboriginal rock engravings are found on sandstone walls located near Wilpena. The rock engravings represent animal tracks, people, waterholes and other symbols. Part of the rich Adnyamathanha culture.
